Shipping policy

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 is charged on orders.

COD is available on all orders up to Rs. 15,000. There is an additional charge for COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout, based on the total amount.

All orders are usually shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay may be caused due to government intervention, poor weather conditions, technical issues or natural causes, etc.

The delivery time within Delhi/NCR is 1-3 working days after dispatch and within India is 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Orders requiring customization will require an additional few days.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID and contact number, which can, after that, be tracked on www.shiprocket.in

We offer international shipping, for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated as per the destination country, shipment weight/size and will be displayed on the checkout page. Transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Fedex, DHL and Aramex. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs, and our prices do not include customs duty.

VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
