Returns Policy

As a Jewellery brand, we have a strict refund policy to ensure no misuse of the services offered. Upon the review of the proof provided by the customer, the refund will be initiated subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customers can request for refund within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any request after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be entertained.
2. For other modes of payment, the refund will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal) within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the order returned to us.
3.Refunds will be processed only for products that are unused, damaged, and returned in their original packaging along with the attached tags.
4.The customer shall be required to submit photographic and video evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. The evidence shall be reviewed by our team to determine if the Customer is eligible for a refund.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 is charged on orders. COD is available on all orders up to Rs. 15,000. There is an additional charge for COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout, based on the total amount. All orders are usually shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay may be caused due to government intervention, poor weather conditions, technical issues or natural causes, etc. The delivery time within Delhi/NCR is 1-3 working days after dispatch and within India is 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders requiring customization will require an additional few days. Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID and contact number, which can, after that, be tracked on www.shiprocket.in

International Shipping

We Ship Worldwide to over 200 countries We offer international shipping, for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated as per the destination country, shipment weight/size and will be displayed on the checkout page. Transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Fedex, DHL and Aramex. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs, and our prices do not include customs duty. VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
