As a Jewellery brand, we have a strict refund policy to ensure no misuse of the services offered. Upon the review of the proof provided by the customer, the refund will be initiated subject to the following terms and conditions:1. Customers can request for refund within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any request after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be entertained.
2. For other modes of payment, the refund will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal) within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the order returned to us.
3.Refunds will be processed only for products that are unused, damaged, and returned in their original packaging along with the attached tags.

A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 is charged on orders. COD is available on all orders up to Rs. 15,000. There is an additional charge for COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout, based on the total amount. All orders are usually shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay may be caused due to government intervention, poor weather conditions, technical issues or natural causes, etc. The delivery time within Delhi/NCR is 1-3 working days after dispatch and within India is 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders requiring customization will require an additional few days.
